Key Principles at a Glance

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and mogbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mogbd website at mogbd.net, including all games, betting services, promotions, and other features. By accessing mogbd.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the mogbd platform.

mogbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The date shown in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to mogbd and all services on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria. mogbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account where eligibility cannot be verified.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you declare that you are aged 21 or above. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any associated winnings forfeited.
2. mogbd services are available to players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. You must ensure that your use of mogbd does not violate the laws of your country or territory.
3. Each individual may hold only one active mogbd account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
4. Individuals who have requested self-exclusion from mogbd are not permitted to register a new account or access the platform. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access mogbd services you must register a free account. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. mogbd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify mogbd immediately via support email.

1. You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account verification, alerts, and password recovery.
2. You must not share your mogbd account login details with any third party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered account holder.
3. mogbd may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include NID, passport, or a Bangladeshi driving licence.
4. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change, particularly your contact mobile number, to maintain continued access to account security features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mogbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 per transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. mogbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your mogbd account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstance.

1. Deposits are generally credited to your mogbd wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact mogbd support with your transaction reference number.
2. Withdrawal processing times are typically within a few minutes of approval, subject to network conditions and any pending security review on your account.
3. mogbd reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During this review the withdrawal amount will be held as pending. If no issues are identified, the withdrawal proceeds as normal.
4. mogbd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile financial service provider such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction charges per their published tariffs. mogbd has no control over and is not liable for any such third-party charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mogbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a bonus-specific term, the bonus-specific term prevails for that offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

1. All bonuses are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
2. Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully registered an account, completed any required verification steps, and satisfied the minimum deposit stated in the offer.
3. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available once per player per lifetime account. Players who close and re-register accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times will have their accounts permanently closed and winnings voided.
4. mogbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting apply for that bonus.
5. Bonuses credited as a result of fraud, multi-accounting, or exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided together with any winnings derived from their use, regardless of whether the bonus was credited in good faith by the platform.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games on mogbd are operated using certified RNG systems or, for live casino products, through professionally managed live dealer studios. mogbd does not manipulate game outcomes. The result of any game or betting market is final once confirmed by the relevant game system or sports data provider.

In the event of a technical fault or system error affecting a game or bet outcome, mogbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Where a fault results in an incorrectly stated price or odds, mogbd reserves the right to correct the price and void bets placed at the incorrect price if the error would have been apparent to a reasonable player.

1. All slot, table, and instant-win game results are determined by certified RNG systems. The RTP percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in each game's information panel.
2. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the mogbd system, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless a cancellation option is explicitly provided within the game interface. In-play bets and live casino table bets cannot be cancelled once the dealer has confirmed the round is closed.
3. If you believe a game or bet result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 7 days of the result being settled by submitting a written description of your complaint via email to mogbd support. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

7. Responsible Gaming

mogbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools — all accessible within account settings at any time. Increasing or removing a deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period before the change takes effect, protecting players from impulsive decisions.

mogbd enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who discover that a minor has accessed their account must contact mogbd support immediately. Players who feel that gaming may be causing harm to themselves or their families are encouraged to contact mogbd support to discuss self-exclusion or other available options before the situation becomes unmanageable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mogbd. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination at mogbd's discretion, voiding of all associated balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

1. Registering more than one mogbd account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a suspension or self-exclusion.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
3. Exploiting bugs, software errors, or misconfigured game settings to gain an advantage not available to other players. Winnings obtained from a known bug must be reported to support immediately and will be voided.
4. Using mogbd for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals with no genuine gaming intent to obscure the origin of funds.
5. Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
6. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in syndicate betting designed to exploit bonus structures or platform promotions.

mogbd's decision to suspend or terminate an account for prohibited conduct is final. Players who believe a suspension was applied in error may submit a written appeal via email to mogbd support within 14 days of receiving the suspension notice.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

mogbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at mogbd's sole discretion for any legitimate business reason.

Players may close their own mogbd account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request via email to mogbd support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be voided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mogbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption — even if mogbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. mogbd's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mogbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and third-party network issues may result in temporary service unavailability. mogbd is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions where mogbd acts in good faith to restore service as promptly as possible.

11. Amendments to These Terms

mogbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on the mogbd platform with an updated effective date. For material changes that may significantly affect your rights or obligations, mogbd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered contact address where practicable.

Your continued use of mogbd after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9. The Last Updated date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
